Delete your Pantolo account
If you want to delete your Pantolo account, you must do so yourself.
For security reasons, Pantolo will never delete your account on your behalf. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
All data, configurations, and integrations will be deleted permanently.
If you are the only admin for your workspace, by deleting your account:
Any invited members will lose membership to that team.
Any invited members will lose access to all Workspace features associated with that account.
To delete your account without deleting the Workspace, you must first assign another person as the administrator of the Workspace. This will ensure that someone else has the necessary permissions to manage the Workspace after your account is deleted.
To delete your Pantolo account, follow these steps:
Go to the Delete Account Settings page.
Click on "Confirm it's you". You will be redirected to the Pantolo login page.
If you set up your Pantolo account with Google or Microsoft, select those options to log in. Otherwise, enter your account password and click on "Continue".
In the "Permanently delete my account" section, click on "Yes, delete my account".
In the "Verify Current Email" field, enter your account email address.
In the "Confirm you want to delete your account" field, enter DELETE in all caps.
Click on "Delete my account(s)".
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored or recovered in any way.
